Hotel Pamporovo. Good points: excellent view, nice clean hotel Bad points: food inedible, broken safe, broken toilet seat, lack of hot water, unhelpful staff, sheets don't fit bed, no telephone cards available to call home (phone in room broken too!), extra for towels and a jacuzzi in the pool, also we were ill for about 4 days with continuous vomiting with the food.
