Park Place was a great choice for a holiday hotel as one of the better places to stay in town. Its location was a bit of a pain as it isn't really that close to either town or the ski hill, but walking to both wasn't too much of a problem. Our neighbours complained that street sounds kept them awake although I slept like a rock. I did ski all day though. We had a nice spacious kitchen in your room and a mid sized balcony. A nice indoor pool looked enticing although I only used the hot tub. The staff were helpful and gave some good info on where to eat and drink. Turns out it's in their hotel, we got some nice wine at their store and took it back to our balcony and then when to their Pub and Grill downstairs. No need to be close to anything when it's already there.
