My experience at the Gouverneur Place Dupuis is is the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The electricity went out twice in our room, front desk refuse to give an extra pillow. Our room was directly above the ballroom and there were loud music playing till 3am on a Wednesday night. The hotel refused to switch us to another room. The staff was rude and didn’t want to speak English.
