Fantastic hotel! - Mr & Mrs Holt and Miss Princess Holt. Date of travel: Sep 2008
My husband, 4-yr-old daughter and I stayed at the Anesis Hotel in Sept 2008 and were very happy with it. The cleanliness was superb and the cleaning staff were so friendly and helpful. The food was lovely, especially evening meal cooked by a very friendly chef. As we came here to get married, the hotel couldn't have been nicer. We had lots of free champagne and any queries were dealt with very professionally by our wedding co-ordinator from Olympic Holidays. The pool area was excellent and very clean. The jacuzzi and bubbles in the big pool were fantastic fun - only complaint is that they weren't constantly in operation! The main complaint we had was that if we wanted a fridge in our room, it would cost €24 a week, and with a small child, we feel that a fridge was essential and begrudged having to pay for the facility. The location of the hotel was brilliant. Near to the harbour and beaches and also along the "Yellow Brick Road" to the centre of Ayia Napa. Unfortunately, although the reception staff were very polite and friendly, they lacked the ability to answer any questions we had about the locality - e.g. buses, distances to other towns, weather etc... Altogether a delightful holiday. We would recommend this hotel.
