Would tell anyone to go to Falcon Hills as staff are very friendly and helpful and cannot do enough to make your stay as good as it can be. The management are the same and are willing to take your complaints and deal with them. Have been to this hotel 3 times and are due to go back because you are made to feel very welcome time after time.
