The Cecil Hotel is really conveniently located, it’s close to downtown and the metro is on its doorstep. Although a little pricey for what you get, I think the location and service makes up for it. Don’t expect too much from the hotel rooms, they are very basic but comfortable in size and the bathrooms are tiny but I must say they certainly were clean. There are quite a few places to eat round the hotel and breakfast can be organised if you want, also the Parthenon is only a 15-minute walk away!
