We went to Corfu Palmar Apartments last July, the family who run it are second to none and will do anything that they can to make your stay the best ever. The hotel is a bit of a walk from the main drag and you do have to watch the road, as quads etc just whizz past. The food was lovely and we ate in most nights. The rooms were really clean only downfall is that the air con is a bit expensive but if you go when its really hot you need it. The pool is lovely and clean as is the surrounding areas. It is only a small hotel but to be honest with you we found it better than any we have ever been to before. The beach is a let down as the you have to wade out a long way before you get a bit of depth but at the same time I did not have to worry about the kids as much. All in all a brilliant holiday.....oh a word of caution....take loads, and I mean loads of mozzy spray. I had never been bitten in my life until I went to Sidari!!!

A Wonderful 2 weeks
Just got back from 2 wonderful weeks at the Corfu Palmar. After dropping off at loads of hotels we were the last on the coach, and very worried. But our eyes lit up when we saw our hotel. And it did not stop there, it was run by the most wonderful family you could wish to meet - Costas, Spiros, Evi, Susannah and mum Maria who was a fab cook and did all the meals. Oh, forgot to mention Mitzi the dog, sweet as anything. The hotel is clean, modern and well maintained - the picture in the brochure does not do any justice to the quality and appearance of this hotel. It only has 14 rooms but has a lovely family feel to it. Sidari itself is what you make it...quiet or fun. Three little pigs was awful...floor show impressive but we waited an hour and forty five mins for our food and then it was stone cold and horrid. Saxaaphone have the most ignorant people behind the bar and Maria's adds stuff onto ya bill that ya dont have ie...extra beers etc....cos lets face it how many people actually check the bills properly. The stinky bridge clears ya sinuses but its not that much of a bother really once ya over it. The roads do leave a lot to be desired but after all its not England!!! Here are a few pics to look at. Oh yes..the hotel does not have entertainment as yet but they are working on it and we had a fab nite at the bbq nite and quiz nite but as we were there as a family with younger kids this did not bother us too much...in fact we are going back in October.
