We arrived at the airport and the bus was nowhere in sight. Then when we finally arrived at the hotel, there was no shower chair for our disabled friend; this is even though we called the hotel itself to confirm. Next my cell phone was stolen from my room. After informing the manager/owner, his reply to me was "Well what do you want me to do?" The hotel itself is situated too far from the town. It was very hard trying to get a taxi; we waited sometimes up to 2hrs.
