Whole complex was dark dingy, like a prison. There were no lights at the back of the building at night & we had to climb three flights of stairs in the dark. The room hadnt been cleaned on arrival & the shower was filthy. Door handle broken in bathroom, instead of replacing handle it had old tape holding it together. Towels were smelly - the Kosmar rep was unhelpful when I complained about the apartment. Told me to speak to owner who couldnt speak any English. I have been using Kosmar for 3 years & have found them very good but on this occasion I was very disappointed. Tour Operator: Kosmar
