My husband and I had a very enjoyable stay at the Universal. We were welcomed warmly by the staff that was consistently courteous and helpful. The room was decorated nicely and the bed was large and very comfortable. There was also plenty of cupboard space for our entire luggage. The roof top terrace and pool were an added bonus and we enjoyed evening drinks listening to the city. The location is excellent for Las Ramblas, the museums and the Gothic Quarter. A great stay.
