Friends of ours recommended this hotel and we were very pleased. It's in a great spot for the Guggenheim, about 10 mins on foot and there are good public transport links. The staff here are very professional indeed which was comforting since it was our first trip to the city. Our room was well appointed and furnished nicely. Top marks for the AMAZING breakfast buffet!
