First of all the staff here are excellent. Professional and knowledgeable with great advice on what to see and do in the area. They speak excellent English - helpful since we don't speak any Spanish. The hotel is well presented, the rooms are decorated stylishly- very modern and funky. It's well located for the Guggenheim which is a 10 minute walk away. Good value for money.
