Our family have stayed here 3 times. We are going again in October '07 as we enjoy this friendly hotel. The staff are great and hopefully Al is still there. The food is good and as we are a family of 7, we need cheap, good tasting food and Al supplies this.

We stayed at the Albatross last May and are going back again this May as we had a brill time. It's not 5 star but you get what you pay for and for the price, it's worth every penny. The hotel is comfy and clean with all the amenities you need for a week's stay. Big Al's is like walking in your local pub. Good food and plenty of it. Entertainment every night along with Al's own quizzes and happy hours. Perhaps not for the purists but a good time can be had by everyone willing to join in and let their hair down. See you on the 19th May 2007 Al.
