These are self-catered, privately owned apartments, i personally own one and consider it to be a great investment, i believe this really shows, due to the high standards throughout the complex. There are four large pools with plenty of sun beds, no getting up early to reserve sun beds here, two tennis courts and has an excellent beach front location, it is situated just two minutes away from the marina, and a few minutes walk from Sabinillas.

Stayed in a gorgeous 2 bed apartment at the Marina de la Duquesa complex which has 4 pools, gym, sauna and table tennis. The apartment had fab views of the beach, sea and one of the pools, so great to sit on the terrace with a glass of sangria whist looking out to sea! Apartment kitted out with everything you need, including a utility room which was well used. Duquesa port a two minute walk, with many restaurants and a small supermarket, or you can drive 5 mins to Supersol or Mercadona for a big shop. Gibraltar is a day out not to be missed, just don't forget your passports! Great holiday had by all! Tour Operator: Independant

Marina de la Duquesa apartment complex is right on the beach and 2 minutes from the shops, bars and restaurants. There are four pools, a gym and sauna. Make sure you get an apartment facing the beach as the ones facing the golf course get noisy from the coast road. There is parking beneath the building. Tour Operator: Independent

Stayed in a town house at Duquesa Golf and Marina Real Apartments. Duquesa Golf resort is not for children under 4ft tall as the swimming pool at the hotel and within the grounds does not have a shallow end. The location is fine if you like a good walk to the ammenities can not pop out for a pint of milk !! Marina Real was great no roads to cross and only a short stroll through the port for anything you need ! The port has a great village atmosphere and plenty of choice. There's also Duquesa Castilio a short stroll away with spanish bars and places to eat. Gibralter really is only 30 mins away and there are some really beautiful old towns within 30mins / 1 hour which must be visited. Tour Operator: Independant
