Lovely family hotel
Costa Sur has two large swimming pools and a kid's pool, with plenty of sunbeds and parasols. Some guest (Germans!) got up first-thing to put their towels down by the pool, but we never had a problem finding a sunbed and a good spot. The hotel put on regular activities and games for the children by - all very professional with friendly reps. There is a restaurant near the hotel which has a bouncy castle, trampolines, water dingys, a large play area and a minature golf course. The food there is lovely and the bar staff are great. We went there most nights as our 5 yr old loved it. They also have karaoke there most nights. There is a bar/restaurant by the pool which serves good sandwiches and pizza etc. Costa Sur is also next to serveral bars, restaurants, and shops but its not too hectic. There are regular boats (every 10 minutes) to the centre of San Antonio, which only cost around 1 euro each way. The last boat back to the San Antonio Bay leaves at about 11pm, but it doesn't cost much in a taxi if you want to stay later. The hotel puts on entertainment for the kids (and adults) most nights which we loved. All in all the Costa Sur is a great place to stay for a fun family holiday.

This is a massive hotel/block of apartments, and is ideal for families. Our kids were looked after by the reps all week - they loved it and so did we - we hardly had to see them!! One side of Costa Sur is a hotel and the other apartments. We stayed in the hotel side and the rooms were great and cleaned daily. The food in the restaurant was much better than we expected and we ate there mostly rather than going out. (we were on half board). There are two big pools and one small childrens pool. The hotel is situated on the bay rather than San Antonio town centre, so its quieter but still near enough to the bars and clubs. There are loads of things for children to do near the hotel. Its a great hotel and ideal for couples with children like us. Loved it and will return to Costa Sur hotel. Tour Operator: Thomson
