The Arrecife Gran Hotel in Lanzarote is a spectacular 5-star complex right on the El Reducto beach. There are countless shopping, dining and entertainment opportunities nearby, and the on-site facilities are superb. They include great swimming pools, a Spa (including Jacuzzi and massage treatments), a salon, a gym, shops, Internet access and a children's playmore

The Arrecife Gran Hotel is impressive and overall deserves a five star rating, however there are some areas that need improving, namely the customer service. Some of the staff were very aloof and not at all friendly or welcoming. However, the hotel itself is very nice, conveniently located five minutes from the airport and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. Room was very comfortable and huge! Would come back, but staff need some training in customer service.
