Apolo Hotel, C'an Pastilla
The Apolo Hotel is conveniently situated close to the Cala Estancia beach and to the commercial centre of C’an Pastilla. The hotel has a lovely outdoor pool with sun loungers as well as an indoor pool and offers seasonal evening entertainment with live music and shows. We were duped into thinking this would be a great package and a great hotel... what a mistake! the Apolo hellhole hotel is not what its sold as. The pool is tiny (dont believe the pics, someone must be handy wih Photoshop!!), there was no entertainment, food was rubbish and the rooms were sad. Everyone seems to survive on the local Burger King!! gee how satisfying. Staff were unhelpful and sometimes plain rude, and we never felt lik our stuff was safe. This is not just the rantings of a grouchy traveller - see what others have said - same experience. We spoke to other quests at the time and we joked about staging a coup and taking over the hotel, but then who would want to stick around there?? my advice - AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
