Our third time at this hotel and again a wonderful holiday. We were greeted like old friends on our return, the staff really make an effort. We were given the same room as last year, plenty of space for two and always very clean with fresh towels.
Cala Galdana is an area filled with places to eat and drink. You never have to go to the same place twice and there's plenty of variety although there has been a definite increase in cost in the last three years, it's getting quite expensive to eat out. The hotel restaurant is very good, lovely views across the bay. We'll undoubtedly be returning next year.

What a bril hotel! Had such a great stay at the Sol Gavilanes and would go back in a sec!! The staff couldnt do enough and the waiters were excellent, there was lots of choice for food (3 restaurants)- very satisfying and tasty. The room we stayed in had a beautiful view out over the beach and the room itself comfortable, clean and neat. The hotel in general is attractive and we thought it had a great atmosphere - very relaxed but organised. The rep was great too, v helpful but not pushy. the beach is incredibly close and overall, Cala Galdena is a great resort. Very small but this means it doesnt get overcrowded with drunken 18-30s types. Go! Seriously is a wonderful place.
