This is a very impressive building inside and out. We had a room looking onto the courtyard; it was roomy, well designed and of course had the Westin Heavenly Beds which are SO comfortable. Breakfast was included in our deal and we were very pleased with the variety and quality of food. The location is good too; it's close to the Prado and the botanic gardens and the Neptuno & Cibeles fountains. Can recommend for a pleasant stay.

What an elegant hotel. It’s a beautiful building and I thought the interior was very sumptuous. Our room was incredibly spacious and we had a balcony which gave us super views. The bathroom was the height of luxury, marble and glass and very clean. Location is convenient for the Alcazar and the Cathedral and we navigated the city on foot for the duration of our stay.
