Jardines De Nivaria, Playa de las Americas
Situated in a wonderful area of Playa Fañabé in Costa Adeje, the Jardine de Nivaria is a luxury hotel offering direct beach access and magnificent views. The 267 air-conditioned rooms and suites are spread over five buildings and are complete with private bathrooms (bathrobes provided), satellite TV, hairdryer and balcony or terrace. One of the best hotels we've stayed at. Complimentary drinks on arrival, excellent service- the staff are so friendly. Rooms are huge and the bests super comfortable. Hotel grounds are immaculate and very relaxing. Good location too, near Playa de las Americas, but in an upmarket area with nice shops and restaurants. Nearest beach is volcanic but sandy beach (Playa Del Duque) is a 10 min walk away. Definitely would return.

I have stayed in lots of nice hotels around the world but the Jardines de Nivaria is definately one of the best. Lovely rooms, great food, huge pools, large gardens, romantic, good service. Fantastic all-round! The hotel is just outside Playa de las Americas in an area called Costa Adeje - away from the seedier parts of the main resort. The nearest is ok, but walk 10 mintues to Playa Del Duque for a better one.
