I paid 322 to stay in Hann hotel after the hotel we booked into was not fit to put a dog in. The rep from our first hotel found us another hotel and the Hann hotel were give us our money back on our credit card and we paid in cash for the night we stayed there. When we got home and received our bank statement no refund. We have called the hotel and sent emails and no reply. We go to Hisaronu every year and will not have anything to do with this robbing hotel.

I've been to Turkey 16 times although I have never stayed at the Han Hotel, I always went for so many meals and used the pool. When I returned in August, shock horror, no Billy. His sense of humour and friendliness goes beyond saying, I missed him. Although working in another restaurant, the Han needs him, so come back Billy.

We've stayed at the Han Hotel 3 times, it can only be booked direct and having been a Travel agent for a couple of decades this is my all time favourite Turkish hotel. It's a better standard than your average hotel in Turkey but what makes the hotel is the staff, especially Billy the manager who is British with a fantastic sense of humour, we book a family room which has two adjoining rooms with 2 bathrooms large balcony and very good air conditioning which is needed, especially in high season. The difference this makes is tremendous. You'll know what I mean if you've been to Turkey without it or with a rubbish system. I've travelled to this resort many times over the last 20 years although it was fields, goats and chickens back then. I think the whole resort know Billy. Most guests are introduced to the hotel after having visited the English restaurant, usually for Breakfast as they serve English Bacon (which many returning guests bring over and have the cost knocked off their bill). The position of the hotel is brilliant as is the food, prices, cleanliness, etc., can't fault it. It's not huge and small enough to easily become acquainted with other guests. We are all well travelled as you'd expect with my job but we could, and do try to return here at least once a year. Hisaronu is one of our favourite places in the world enclosed up in the mountains surrounded by pine trees with a gorgeous turquoise lagoon at the bottom in Olu Deniz (10mins by Dolmus aprox 50p)with water as clear as the Bahamas I could go on - but if you want this resort and good value for money then you can't go wrong with the Han Hotel. PS. and no Tour operator or Travel agents commission!!!!

We've just returned from the Hotel Han. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Clean rooms, lovely pool area and no fighting for sun beds! Jan and Harry's customer service would be very difficult to beat. We'll be back next year!

I would advise anyone to go to the Han Hotel. Billy and everyone there helped us out when we had to leave our hotel due to it being very unclean. Han Hotel is a lovely hotel with clean rooms a lovely pool and nice gardens, the staff are always ready to help and the food is excellent. I will be going back.

Han Hotel situated right in the heart of Hisaronu. Easily accessable on the main street. The rooms at the Han are very clean, air conditioned and come complete with standard size fridge. Billy, Donny and Knock knock, thanks you guys, you made our holiday one to remember after saving us from the terrible one we were sent to with the Tour operator. The food at the Han is fantastic, varied menu and even real home made chips ! Definitely worth a visit.

The Han Hotel s a fantastic base, the rooms are ok, the breakfasts are great the staff are fantastic. Billy and Muzzy are the best guys to ask about anything. Billy is originally from Hull but been in Turkey for 17 years so can answer any of your questions. We stayed at the Han for the 1st time this year 2007. We are going back as soon as the flights are booked, the Han also sorts out your transfers to and from the airport for a very good price, I shouldn't be telling you all this because I might not get rooms if everyone goes there lol, seriously you wont be sorry.

I stayed at the Han Hotel in Aug/Sept of 2005. It was brilliant, absolutely fantastic. Everybody is just so friendly. Especially Billy, Knock Knock, Donny, Salman and Morris. I don't think the last two are still there now. It was just amazing. I went back to Hisaronu in 2007 but stayed somewhere else- the Tolay Hotel. This hotel was brilliant as well thanks to Ali, Tolga and Elvis. This was just as good. I don't think you can go to a holidays resort which is better than Hisaronu. I get jealous when people tell me they are staying there on holiday. I hope to go back in 2009 and I can't wait. Food is lovely, rooms are clean and pool is great. It's fabulous.

We had never been to Turkey, what a great time we had! Me, my husband and son had a ball. The staff at the Han Hotel are friendly, great meals if you eat there. Clean rooms except loads of mossies and I mean loads! Got bit to hell, to me that's the only downsides. The pools are great and bar staff are great. They can't do enough for you.

I went to Han Hotel 3 years ago with my boyfriend's family and friends and well enjoyed it very well. They had all been before but it was my first time. When I went 3 years ago I never been in such a friendly environment and they make you very welcome too. Am going again in July '09 so I cant wait to go and see them all again and have all the cocktails made that I enjoyed. This hotel is worth going to because its by the bars !!!

I went back to Hisaronu this year but we stay in a friend's villa. We ate ate Billy's nearly every night. We are looking at going for a cheap week and we would highly recommend it to anyone. The place is clean, the pool is a good size, the staff are lovely and the food is fantastic. The chicken there is beautiful!

Having stayed at the Han Hotel for some 10 years (often twice a year) I have always found the staff very helpful at all times of day and go out of their way to assist our disabled daughter with any of her needs (drinks, getting in & out of the pool, etc). Billy & Muzzy make a fine management team and are always on hand to help. I would recommend the Han to anyone wishing to visit Turkey for the first time. As Hisaronaou has a wonderful range of places to eat(English, Chinese, Italian, Turkish the world in one place) I love the place. I'm booked for 2007 already.

The Han hotel was a pretty standard hotel. I would recommend it if you were looking for a cheap place to stay. The food was amazing though! I lived on chicken salad rolls. There's a bar thats open till late. The swimming pool is a fair size as well.
