Horrible! Osbourne Hotel - KZ. Date of travel: Jun 2008

Family room was dirty and dingy at the Osbourne Hotel. Probably was a great room a while back. Water damage on wide part of ceiling. Could not close one of the windows which are very large. Bathroom was not clean, the tub had pink grime. Sheets were clean but the covers felt dirty to the touch. Luckily we stayed for only one night- a nightmare. When we returned after dinner, we had difficulty getting into the hotel because about 20 women were hanging out on the steps. Sorry to say they appeared to be prostitutes. Not great for a family on vacation.
