If they actually do come and pick you up instead of just charging you and leaving you stranded, you should be very worried. The driver we had was erratic, talked on his cell phone the entire time and almost got us into several accidents because of his shoddy driving. The customer service people are beyond rude and unsympathetic. BRUTAL. NEVER AGAIN!

Prime Time Shuttle were late picking me up, lied about additional stops en route to the airport, got me to the airport 50 minutes after the requested time. Never again.

BEWARE!! Prime Time Shuttle employs thieves!! I had my passport case and other belongings stolen out of my bag! The driver was the one who last had access to it. Van number 638, with a Russian driver. It's been more than two days and they haven't yet called me back! BEWARE!!!!

Prime Time Shuttle failed to pick us up at the airport as promised AGAIN. After 20 min. We tried to call their phone number and there was no answer. After 45 min. we finally got through to a reservation agent who said they were aware of the phone system problem. She then checked the status and location of our driver. After a 10 min. on hold wait which now made our shuttle over an hour late, she said he would be there in 15 min. In the mean time Supper Shuttle was picking up all there stranded passengers at Burbank Airport. 30 min. After the representatives promise of pickup the driver called to say he would be another 15 min. late. There were no traffic problems in the area at that time. I think they are very unorganized and make false excuses. I will NEVER USE THEM again. By the way I finally had to call a friend to pick me up and Prime Time had my fare already paid for in advance.

Prime Time Shuttle's prices are low for a reason. I had a drunk, abusive driver take me (late) to the airport. Then on my return, I waited 50 minutes to the dispatcher complain to other drivers about clients. I took a cab home. When I contacted customer service, they don't care! Absolutely no interest in hearing one driver was drunk. This company does not want your business.

Just be very aware of con people like I met at Prime Time Shuttle but there are some real great people who will be my friends for life.

Absolutely the WORST shuttle service. They were 25 minutes late picking us up and the the driver had a attitude when we commented on the fact we were worried he wasn't coming. He said we had booked the shuttle too far ahead of time and we didn't need that much time to get to the airport. Since when is it their driver's job to tell me how much time I need to get the the airport? He was on his cell the entire ride as well. The pickup we had from LAX was actually worse. The driver had really bad BO and the air conditioning in the van was broken. 2 and 1/2 hours in rush hour traffic with BO so bad I almost threw up and an incredibly stuffy hot van on top of it. The driver drove with one hand the entire time and spent half the ride texting on his cell phone (hello safety...) I have called the customer service dept twice now and have yet to get a call back as they keep promising. They actually told me I would be lucky to have a manager call me to discuss a refund as the managers aren't really "phone people". What the F*&! Absolutely unacceptable level of service all around. DON'T book them...they are HORRIBLE!!!!!!

Prime Time Shuttle was the most horrible service. They promised to pick by 9:10 and then came by 10:00 to airport and dropped by 11. Such a horrible service. Never use the Prime Shuttle please!

I will never use Prime Time shuttle again! There were five of us going to LAX from Simi and I booked a private van (their regular shuttle vehicle but it doesn't pick up anyone else). The trip to LAX was fine, but on our return flight we got in at 4am Sunday (on schedule). I called for our van at 4:32 am and was told to go to the center divider and the van would be there in 10 minutes. A half hour later, no van. I called again and they hung up on me. About then the guy who stands on the center divider and calls for shuttles came to work (it was about 5am at that point). I spoke to him, he called the dispatcher, and he told me our van was on its way. To make a long story short, we didn't get our van until 6:30 am -- a two hour wait with a small child in the cold. When I called customer service on Monday morning I was treated very rudely. The person actually asked why I didn't make other arrangements after we had waited for 1/2 hour! You try making other arrangements at 5 am on a Sunday! I asked why our private van was not available and her response was that we didn't really have a van reserved for us, we just got the next one available. So you make a reservation? They have promised me a refund -- we'll see.

If you leave anything on a Prime Time shuttle, consider it gone. Their lost and found department is nonexistent. All they will do is try to contact the driver, and if he doesn't respond, then too bad. I've been trying for the past five days to find out if anyone found my cell phone and I receive the same story every time I call. I'm told that they cannot get a hold of the driver and to call back. The last guy, Dale, told me to call back in two days! I know that my $600 phone is probably gone by now, but I would just like a definite answer. It's depressing that such companies exist. It looks like Super Shuttle will be getting my business from now on.
