Torviscus offers a slower pace than its noisy neighbour and as such is popular with couples and younger families. The harbour at Puerto Colon is a popular hangout and the skyparkmore
Torviscus holiday - Ian and Eileen Thomas. Date of travel: Oct 2008
Love the market at Torviscus which is held twice a week and the kids never tire of the aquapark. We went three times on our last visit! Torviscus is great for getting around as well. There's a bus service if you don't want to hire a car and it takes you to all the major resorts.

A nice friendly area, terrific atmosphere, plenty of places to eat out fantastic supermarket, great beach. Market twice a week. The only fault is the roads can be a little steep in parts. But if you would like a good holiday take your self off to Torviscus.

This is a great part of Tenerife. There is a lot to do and it is easy to get to Playa de las Americas, and Los Christianos. Buses are great and you are able to get all around the island (to different parts) this way. It is also possible to get a daily travel ticket which enables you to get on any bus and visit different places. Torviscus itself is great as we have been back to Tenerife on many occasions, having stayed at Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas too. There is plenty to do, you can just laze around or your can go on many sightseeing trips. Am looking forward to going there again later in the year. The weather is fantastic Tour Operator: JMC
