The airport is situated 11 miles (18km) from Derby. It is in easy reach of Nottingham, Leicester and Derby by road and public transport.

Getting to the city

Visitors heading for Nottingham can use the direct Nottingham Skylink bus service, which runs several times an hour between the airport and Nottingham Railway Station. Taxis are freely available; journey time to central Nottingham is about half an hour.
