Recife Climate and Weather
Recife is a major port on the Atlantic Ocean, where the Beberibe and Capibaribe rivers meet. The climate is tropical all year round, with warm temperatures and high humidity. However, visitors will be grateful for the ocean breeze that keeps conditions temperate.
Temperatures range from 88°F (31°C) to 72°F (22°C). January is the hottest month. Things 'cool down' in July, which is the best time to visit, with a balmy temperature range of 81°F (27°C) to 68°F (20°C), accompanied by a little rain.
