The airport is located two miles (3km) northeast of Montego Bay.

Hotel Shuttles, taxis and Intra-island Airlines are located in the Ground Transportation Arrivals Hall outside the Customs area. Many hotels will organise airport shuttles for guests.

Both the domestic and international terminals are located in one building and are within close proximity to each other.
