Climate in Belgium

Belgium has a temperate maritime climate, with warm, pleasant weather in summer (May to September) and cool to cold weather in winter (December to February). Snow is possible, particularly in inland and higher-altitude areas. Rainfall is frequent throughout the year, and thundershowers can occur at any time, so it's wise for visitors to pack a raincoat or umbrella. Temperatures typically range from highs of around 73 °F (23 °C) in summer to 45 °F (7 °C) in winter.
