Dakar International Airport (DSS)

Location

The airport is situated 37 miles (59km) east of downtown Dakar.

Getting to the city

The Dakar Dem Dikk bus line 8 takes travellers from the airport to downtown Dakar, with various stops including Yoff, Patte d'Oie, Grand Yoff or Cheikh Anta Diop University. Minibuses operated by hotels run between the airport, the city center and the tourist areas.
