The Ground Transportation Center, located on the lower level of the parking garage, offers connections to shuttles, hotel courtesy vehicles, limousines and the IndyGo bus service. The bus departs the airport to downtown Indianapolis; many area hotels also offer free shuttle transfers.

Long-term parking has a daily maximum of $9, while the economy lot, located farthest from the terminal, has a daily rate of $8 and a weekly rate of $44.
